Sock Monkey tackles the Appalachian Trail…

30 Apr
Sock Monkey has made it to the midway point of the Appalachian Trail in Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia!
It only took him 4 hours, and he got there by car, but he is absolutely EXHAUSTED.
He has so many words of warning about this hike for his friends, a lovely couple who are getting ready to kiss their luxuries good-bye and walk the entire 2,180+ miles of this sucker. But to that I say, don’t listen to monkeys made out of socks. Because that particular monkey has given me some really bad advice throughout the years, such as, try this cantaloupe! It only LOOKS overripe!

Good luck! Harper’s Ferry is beautiful, check out the graveyard and the church ruins if you get a chance…

Ok, I like cantaloupe, but that’s just gross. He’s almost as bad as Tom’s Soapy The Monkey!!!!
